FRANKENSTEIN

I liked the Dan Curtis version of Frankenstein, but I thought the Bo Svenson monster was kind of...well, not what I expected. He really conveyed the gentle giant aspect of the monster, but he didn't look like a monster at all. So he had some scars on his face, so what?? Everybody is freaking out because he has scars. I guess back in the Frankenstein times this was horrific. Today we've seen so many monster movies we hardly even blink when we see a guy with scars. So I guess we should keep a historical perspective on this. But it would have been nice if he at least had some bolts coming out of his neck. :o
